St Michaels Church Hall

This was a derelict church Hall in Pembroke, Pembrokeshire. The project was to convert this into a 3 bedroom dwelling. Because of the change of use status the build was completed to new build regulations and thermal efficiency. The Hall required all new services, the addition of a first floor, and a complete renovation of the exterior including repairs and replacements to the historic timber work and stained glass windows.
